Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant for a 39-hour week, with flexible shifts and a starting pay of £9.75–£10.55 per hour. Training occurs in-store over the first 12 months, leading to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You’ll serve customers, stock shelves, and contribute to achieving store targets in a dynamic, friendly environment. A strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in any form of education and available for full-time shifts.
• Brand new to retail.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys to drive sales.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked to meet targets.
• Be hands-on in a fast-paced environment and learn on the job.
• grow into a future Team Leader with supported training.
