Job summary

Citygate Automotive Ltd is offering an Apprentice Service Technician role at Twickenham as part of Inspiro Learning. This apprenticeship combines hands-on vehicle servicing with formal training to achieve NVQ levels while gaining real dealership experience with brands like SEAT, Volkswagen and Skoda.

You will work under a mentor, assist with service and repair tasks, attend education programmes, complete assignments and progress through NVQ levels, while developing health and safety awareness in

Qualifications

• GCSE Level 4+ in Maths and English required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dealership environment.
• Teamworking and personal responsibility expected.
• Interest in automotive engineering and servicing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the technician (mentor) with duties.
• Build knowledge through observation and tasks.
• Follow health and safety rules across the workshop.
• Carry out housekeeping duties in the workshop.
• Assist with maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Attend educational programmes as part of the apprenticeship.
• Complete study assignments related to the programme.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Attend review and assessment meetings.
• Perform other duties in support of the team.
