Job summary

GTG Training is recruiting an Apprentice Autocare Technician at an independent garage in Billingshurst. You will learn all aspects of vehicle servicing, MOT preparation, component replacement and electrical fault diagnostics while earning a wage.

The Modern Apprenticeship Programme combines full‑time work with block release training at GTG Wolverhampton to Level 2 Autocare Technician or Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent in Maths, English and a Science or Technical subject.
• Proactive, dedicated and able to manage workloads to tight timelines.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn vehicle servicing, MOT preparation, and component replacement.
• Diagnose electrical faults with guided supervision.
• Attend block release training at GTG Wolverhampton while working in the garage.
