Adswood MOT Centre in Stockport has a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join their team. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship as an Autocare Technician.

The role involves:

1. Contributing to a safe and efficient workshop environment.
2. Ensuring safety for oneself and others, minimizing risks of injury and vehicle damage.
3. Performing fundamental vehicle maintenance tasks, including removal and replacement procedures.
4. Gathering and interpreting diagnostic and repair information, including electrical wiring diagrams.
5. Using diagnostic equipment and following recognised diagnostic procedures to identify faults.
6. Reporting faults and suggesting further actions.
7. Carrying out repairs, testing components, and ensuring quality standards.
8. Adhering to business processes, completing documentation, and using ICT tools.
9. Preparing vehicles for handover to customers.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship can lead to progression within the company.
