Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors. Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous records of project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, change requests, and deliverable approvals. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Assist in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies in partnership with the project team. Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet GM61 Limited\'s quality standards and client expectations. Resource Scheduling: Support the allocation and management of project resources, managing schedules and resolving minor conflicts as they arise. Budget Support: Assist Project Managers in tracking project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and preparing financial updates as required. Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for process enhancements that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, or quality of project delivery.
