Overview

Apprentice Assembler (Electrical Bias) – Company: Dennis Eagle | Location: Blackpool | Wage: Minimum £7.55 per hour, depending on experience. Expiry: 30/09/2025

Apprentice Assembler - Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Apprentice training in assembly practices in the automotive sector.
  • Attend college and achieve the required level of competence to complete the apprenticeship.
  • Work with mentors within the assembly environment.
  • Learn and develop the skills required to achieve an apprenticeship within this field.
  • Production line assembly with a bias on electrical fitment, which will involve harness fitment, fault finding, repair, diagnosis and testing. Working with hand tools and battery-operated tooling.
  • The fitment of intricate electronic components, looms and control units.
  • Working from work instructions, build aids and electrical schematics.
  • Assembling components to a takt time. Achieving a sustainable output rate.
  • Ensuring all products leaving manufacturing are fully operational, effective, and free from defects.
  • All actions to meet the correct standard of quality in line with BS EN ISO 9001 and to ensure the environment standard ISO14001 have been achieved.
  • Learn through involvement.
  • Progress through learned stages and development.
Working Hours

37 hours per week
