Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an Apprentice Asbestos Analyst and Surveyor to join our Asset Management team in London, the South East and beyond. This 12‑month Level 3 apprenticeship blends on‑the‑job surveying, sampling and reporting with structured learning and mentoring.

You will gain experience across domestic, commercial and industrial properties, work with our UKAS-accredited systems, and contribute to safer buildings while developing technical expertise and professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• Complete Level 3 Asbestos Analyst and Surveyor apprenticeship with online and in-person learning.
• Five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English and Science, and the ability to obtain security clearance.
• Mobile, site-based role covering London and the South East with travel across the UK; company vehicle provided for business use.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to undertake asbestos surveys, air monitoring and analytical work.
• Advance toward independent practice through training, competence assessments and internal authorisation.
• Follow procedures, legislation and regulatory requirements in safety-critical environments.
