Hamilton Ross Group is one of the UK’s largest machinery dealerships. You’ll start in our workshop team, working alongside experienced engineers and building practical skills across agricultural machinery. You’ll learn how to service, maintain, diagnose and repair equipment, as well as how to prepare machinery safely and to a high standard for customers.
As your skills develop, you’ll work towards a fully funded Agricultural Engineering Apprenticeship delivered in partnership with Scotland’s Rural College, Barony Campus. You’ll combine hands‑on workshop experience with structured learning, mentoring and industry‑recognised qualifications, giving you a clear route into a long-term engineering career.
Holiday: 30 days a year including bank holidays. Four are a paid Christmas and New Year shutdown, and the other 26 are yours to choose.
