Apprentices embark on an 18-24 month programme, with training taking place at either one of the academies, regional hubs, or in-salon (depending on location). Apprentices gain a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 qualification.

Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Some salons may also require evenings; please enquire for further information.

What you’ll be doing :

• Being an ambassador for TONI&GUY, ensuring all clients receive an authentic, relaxing, and best-in-class experience.
• Elevating client experiences by providing relaxing, professional shampoo services.
• Extending warm hospitality to all clients, offering and providing refreshments when requested.
• Maintaining the presentation of the salon at all times.
• Some apprentices will also have opportunities to be part of our global brand, work on stage and backstage, and participate in global events such as London Fashion Week and Salon International.
