Apprenticeship Program Overview

Apprentices embark on an 18-24 month programme, with training taking place at either one of the academies, regional hubs, or in-salon (depending on location). Apprentices will gain a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 qualification.

Working Pattern

– Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Some salons may also require evening shifts; please enquire for further details.

Your Responsibilities:

• Represent TONI&GUY as an ambassador, ensuring all clients receive an authentic, relaxing, and top-quality experience.
• Enhance client experiences by providing professional shampoo services.
• Offer warm hospitality to clients, including refreshments upon request.
• Maintain the salon's presentation at all times.
• Opportunities may include participating in global brand events, working on stage or backstage, and attending prestigious events like London Fashion Week and Salon International.
