What We’re Looking For

Education: MSc or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or related field.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, technical curiosity, and creativity.

Experience:

  • Scientist: Research experience in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
  • Senior Scientist: 3+ years in R&D with leadership or project ownership.

Bonus points for experience in: multi-physics/optical modelling, algorithm development, Spectroscopy, Optical Engineering, embedded software or electronics & electromechanical systems.
