Our dedicated team collaborates with families to ensure academic, social, and emotional growth, preparing students for success beyond the classroom.

Begin a fulfilling career supporting young children with autism as they develop essential life skills for greater independence. Why Join Us?

  • Comprehensive training provided, including preparation for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (20 hours provided by Ready Set Connect).
  • Opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and compassionate clinical team.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the skill development and behavioral support systems for children with autism.

Requirements:

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and intervening physically if needed.
  • Comfortable sitting on the floor for extended periods and able to quickly respond to children’s needs, including running short distances.

Typical Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible working hours 7:45am-5:15pm, occasional Saturday)
