Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in security, privacy, integrity, trust & safety, or related field with hands-on management.
• 4+ years in people management and organizational leadership.
• Proficiency in coding with Python, Go, C/C++, or shell scripting.
• Experience using AI tools to redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Ability to lead teams through complex, ambiguous problems with undefined roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Support, grow and manage a team across security, privacy, integrity, and trust and safety.
• Own end-to-end people development: 1:1s, growth planning, performance reviews.
• Influence the volume, quality and complexity of the team’s expert technical signal.
• Match strengths and interests to the right workstreams and projects.
• Provide technical direction and debug issues with technical leads.
• Maintain direct technical contribution to stay current.
• Lead incubated research and advisory engagements and close gaps in roadmaps.
• Collaborate with partner managers, leads, and researchers for successful workstreams.
• Mentor ICs toward next levels via coaching and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to recruiting and engineering programs.
