Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures partners with a fast-growing, PE-backed consultancy that collaborates with private equity funds and their portfolio companies worldwide. You will build AI solutions hands-on and later walk fund leadership through the outcomes you’ve created. The small, flat applied AI team is led by a director who still builds and trains.

From day one you gain direct access to fund leadership and true ownership of what you deliver. Projects run 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise AI solutions at scale.
• Ability to explain technical work to executives in plain business terms.
• Comfortable presenting to ExCo or PE partners.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise AI solutions that span fund and portfolio sides.
• Lead in-person AI training sessions for groups of 20–30 people.
• Own the build and the client presentation from discovery to delivery.
• Develop scalable AI infrastructure accompanying the solution.
