Job summary

FIND is hiring an Applied AI Manager/Senior Manager in London with flexible hybrid attendance. The role combines hands-on AI build work with clear business storytelling for fund leadership. Expect direct exposure to ExCo and PE partners, working across two client-facing domains to scale AI solutions.

You will train fund groups and design AI infrastructures that endure beyond your tenure, operating in a fast‑paced, global client base with a flat, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Hands-on enterprise AI development experience.
• Ability to explain technical work to executives.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, security and reliability at scale.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• PE or portfolio company exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person AI training for PE funds and lead client sessions.
• Build scalable AI solutions for portfolio use cases and integrations.
• Present results and strategic value to fund leadership and ExCo.
