Job summary

Primus Connect seeks an experienced AI Engineering & Consulting Lead to shape, grow and lead a high‑impact AI capability. You will sit at the crossroads of AI engineering, consulting, commercial growth and technical leadership, advising C‑suite stakeholders and guiding production‑grade AI solutions.

You’ll drive AI discovery workshops, design winning proposals, mentor engineers and partner with sales to build pipeline, delivering repeatable AI accelerators and IP.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, agentic AI and evaluation.
• Proven experience leading AI capability, practice or centre of excellence.
• Strong software engineering and cloud platform experience.
• Excellent consulting and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery workshops and client engagements at C-suite level.
• Shape proposals and commercially viable AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across AI architectures and platforms.
• Stay hands-on with select client projects and delivery.
• Drive engineering excellence in governance, security and testing.
