With a strong focus on innovation in enterprise finance through AI, we are seeking a proven contract engineer with experience in building and fine-tuning LLM solutions in real-world applications.

Key experience includes:

• Conversational AI – NLP
• LangChain, LangGraph & RAG

While a background in financial services is preferred, it is not mandatory. The company operates on a hybrid model, requiring 1-2 days per week in central London offices.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience working with these technologies in applied environments beyond proof-of-concept stages.
