What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and deploy LLM-based applications that are fast, scalable, and production-ready.
• Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and product thinkers to bring AI features to life.
• Design and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic systems that power real-world use cases.
• Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with the latest in AI research and tooling—and bring those ideas to production.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI systems: from model evaluation and testing to deployment and monitoring.
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and observability for AI systems.
• Translate complex business needs into elegant, AI-driven solutions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
• Deep proficiency in Python and experience building scalable, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, ML lifecycle tools (like MLflow, Weights & Biases), and cloud deployment.
• A strong grasp of machine learning algorithms, model development, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face is a big plus.
• A creative, curious mindset and a passion for solving hard problems with elegant code.
• Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and improving retrieval performance.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
• A portfolio of AI-powered products or prototypes you’ve helped bring to life.
