Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, innovative Applications Team Lead with experience of TPP SystmOne to join our team, who will lead on the maintenance and development of the Trust's community Electronic Patient Record.

Responsibilities
  • The post holder will be responsible for the day to day line management and performance of the Application Analysts within the community workstream of the Enterprise and Clinical Applications Team, leading on the day to day running of the system, as well as analysing and interpreting current clinical workflows and designing solutions utilising the clinical system's advanced functionality.
  • This is a key role in the configuration of the Trust's clinical applications. The emphasis will be to take a creative and visionary approach to the design and build of the clinical application, using core configuration tools (SQL, C# or SSRS skills are not required).
  • An important aspect of the role includes the analysis and interpretation of current workflows and practices, working in partnership with clinical services. You will be self-directed, tenacious, yet able to work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team with a flexible approach.
Qualifications
  • Experience of TPP SystmOne and involvement in the maintenance, development or configuration of a community Electronic Patient Record.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret clinical workflows and design solutions using the clinical system’s advanced functionality.
  • Familiarity with core configuration tools; note: SQL, C#, or SSRS skills are not required.
