Job summary

Gripple UK & Ireland is seeking a hands-on applications professional to support and improve key business systems across eight sites in Sheffield and Rotherham. You will own ERP/CRM/PLM integrations, manage two developers, and coordinate day-to-day delivery within a Global IT team reporting to the Global IT Manager.

The role combines technical problem-solving with people management, offering scope to lead while staying hands-on. A customer-focused, structured problem-solver will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience managing and developing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and resolving application issues and coordinating with suppliers.
• Administering applications including configuration and access changes.
• Maintaining backlog in Azure DevOps and turning requests into requirements.
• Coordinating application updates and releases with developers and users.
• Delivering improvements to business processes and applications.
• Contributing to Dynamics 365 rollout and coordinating testing.
• Managing two application developers with regular one-to-ones and workload planning.
