Qualifications

• Technical experience within process cooling, refrigeration, chillers or chilled water systems.
• Good understanding of industrial cooling equipment and applications.
• Experience with equipment selection, sizing calculations and technical specifications.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team on process cooling applications
• Select and specify chillers, cooling equipment and associated components
• Carry out cooling calculations and assess system performance requirements
• Develop technical specifications and equipment schedules for customer projects
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to develop suitable cooling solutions
• Work with project teams to ensure accurate technical handovers and project delivery
• Review equipment selections, technical quotations and system configurations
