This position is suitable for candidates experienced with laboratory equipment and from a chemistry background, looking to move into a more sales-oriented and customer-facing role. The role involves working with end users on developing world-renowned products and travelling internationally to liaise with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop LC / MS and GC/MS methods with various sample preparation techniques.
• Prepare and perform product demonstrations to small or large groups, online or in-person.
• Train customers, field reps, and co-workers on effective sample preparation techniques.
• Evaluate potential products and contribute to new product development. Keep abreast of competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Degree in a chemistry-related subject.
• Customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of sample preparation laboratory automation equipment is an advantage.
• Strong chemistry background with experience processing small molecules in biofluids (blood, urine, oral fluid) in hospital/clinical or commercial labs.
