Job Description

Propel operational success with your expertise in technology support and a commitment to continuous improvement.

As a Technology Support III team member in the Digital Document Management Technology Team, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement by troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions across all internally and externally developed systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to support successful business operations.
  2. Support the daily maintenance of the firm's systems to ensure operational stability and availability.
  3. Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools.
  4. Identify issues for escalation, communicate effectively, and provide solutions to stakeholders.
  5. Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and resolve incidents, problems, and changes supporting full-stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
  • Experience managing applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Experience with ITIL processes.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Knowledge of programming languages and automation scripting.
  • Practical experience with public cloud platforms.
