About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading a mid-sized team and will require in-depth knowledge of support systems in a 24x7 environment. You should be able to work under pressure, make decisions independently, and possess good knowledge of hardware, infrastructure, operating systems, and ITIL support processes. Strong people management skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
