Job Description:

One of our clients, a reputable name in the buy-side space, is looking to hire an Application Support Team Lead to provide technical support on several in-house built applications and investment vendor platforms across a fast-paced and demanding user base.

This role involves hands-on support, project delivery, and team leadership. You will actively support and manage major incidents and play an influential role in strategic projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency.

You will be the main contact for escalation of major issues and own the incident management process, proactively managing communications and resolutions.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Application Support experience with in-house built (preferably C# .Net) trading systems and vendor applications.
  • Team leadership experience with hands-on management skills.
  • Strong incident management skills, with a track record of managing major technical incidents in a trading/middle office environment.
  • Experience working with SQL, PowerShell, and Azure.

The company promotes a hybrid working environment, and you are expected to work in the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
