Job summary

Booker is hiring an Engineer II - Application Support to ensure HR and Payroll applications run reliably and securely. You will work with the Application Engineering team, understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver practical system solutions that support everyday operations across the business.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, configure and optimise enterprise applications, support testing, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR, Payroll or other business-critical applications.

• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes.

About the role

Working as part of the Application Engineering team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues and deliver practical system solutions. You will be responsible for

• Produce and maintain accurate documentation, reporting and support records.

You will need

• Experience supporting HR, Payroll or other business-critical applications.
