Job summary

CGI is seeking an Application Support Engineer to keep critical services stable and performant. You will own live service operations, resolving complex issues and protecting availability while finding ways to prevent disruption.

You’ll combine hands-on Java support with service management to improve monitoring, automation and resilience. We offer a competitive package including an excellent pension, private healthcare and a share scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience providing application support for Java-based services.
• Ability to monitor and maintain live services with minimal downtime.
