Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for multiple systems across MLP
• Deliver hands-on operational support to improve software delivery and the end-user experience
• Support projects end to end across Middle Office and Operations systems
• Drive process improvements through automation and the use of AI tools
• Lead application onboarding initiatives across the team's platform environment
