Henderson Group in Newtownabbey is seeking an Application Support Analyst (Information Services) to support our productions software solutions, on-premise or cloud-based. The role is hybrid with a 36.5-hour week, and you will work within our Information Services division.
You will investigate issues, analyse data, and collaborate with third-party providers to ensure stable operation of critical systems, delivering timely resolutions and proactive monitoring.

Henderson Wholesale Information Services Department currently employs over 45 Technical IT Specialists covering the areas of Software Development, Project Management, Network Infrastructure, and Application and Technical Support.
We are responsible for the software development and support of over 70 in-house and third-party systems which ensures the successful operation of our Wholesale business. As such we now seek to recruit an Application Support Analyst to help our business users by providing application support for our productions software solutions which are either on premise or cloud based.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. After-Hours On Call Cover required on a Rota Basis. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
