The Amazon Books Purchase and Payments Experience team manages multiple payment methods and workflows to simplify and champion the purchase experience for our customers. The Support Engineering team provides production engineering support. This role requires you to hit the ground running, learn quickly, and handle diverse tasks that will define your success.
As an Application Engineer II, you will drive resolution efforts, provide clear updates to users, customers, and team members, and lead internal projects to meet goals and deadlines. You will identify improvements to support tools to enhance operational efficiency, support critical issues within your team's scope, and proactively detect trends or problems to define preventive actions.
