Job Description:

We're looking for an Applications Engineer to join us on an initial 6-month contract, outside IR35, paying £350-£400 per day. The role is primarily remote, but the candidate should be able to attend the client’s offices in Watford for 4 days during the first week to familiarize with the team.

Stack: C#, .NET, Azure, SQL. Experience with FoxPro is a significant advantage.

You will assist in reducing the high volume of support tickets raised by the operations teams, mainly focusing on bug fixes and legacy code/application upgrades within desktop and web applications. You will liaise directly with end users.

As the support ticket volume decreases, you will explore opportunities to improve legacy code and applications.
