We have an opening at a leading Law Firm, for a Senior Applications Engineer (Intapp Platform - New Business Intake and Conflicts). Offering FULLY REMOTE or Hybrid.

The Senior Applications Engineer will serve as the IT owner for all applications supporting the law firm's risk and compliance functions, with a strong focus on the Intapp suite-including Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of Intapp from on-premise to cloud, identifying and recommending new capabilities to support business needs.
  
• Serve as a liaison with conflicts and intake teams, analyzing workflows, configurations, and user issues.
  
• Engage closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs and platform capabilities.
  
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with Intapp to advocate for feature requests and issue resolution.
  
• Manage application lifecycle tasks: implementations, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and roadmapping.
  
• Ensure application health and capacity through monitoring, planning, and coordination with other IT teams.
  
• Maintain accurate architecture and support documentation.
  
• Participate in Change Management, SDLC, and incident management processes.
  
• Support creation of training and QA materials; collaborate with QA on testing and issue remediation.
  
• Provide mentoring and coordination across on-site and off-shore team members.
  

Technical Proficiencies:

• Strong experience configuring Intapp Forms, Workflows, and data sets.
  
• Knowledge of cloud systems, APIs, web services, and system integrations (e.g., FTP, database-to-database).
  
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI applications relevant to legal tech and broader IT environments.
  
• Proficiency with SQL Server, writing queries, and working with reporting tools.
  
• Experience with tools like Confluence and JIRA for project tracking and documentation.
  
• Understanding of security and data governance best practices.
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in IT, with 5+ years supporting enterprise platforms.
  
• 3+ years hands-on with Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms.
  
• 3+ years supporting risk and compliance solutions.
  
• Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred.
  
• Experience with cloud/SaaS solutions and working directly with executive stakeholders.
