You will collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and technologists, designing systems that ensure the efficacy and efficiency of our products.

Role

Reporting to the Director of A2A RS Operations, you will:

  1. Build automatic monitoring tools for complex, data science-based microservice deployments, ensuring models detect fraud and money laundering effectively, predict accurately, and generate valuable economic insights.
  2. Collaborate with Data Scientists to collect data and train models to enhance service accuracy and reduce false alerts.
  3. Work with Engineers to develop self-healing, resilient microservices, promoting good operational principles during research, design, and development.
  4. Engage with current and future technology stacks both in the UK and internationally.
  5. Utilize Incident Management processes, automating and integrating with Mastercard's ticketing systems.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
