Overview

A2A Risk Solutions builds products and services powered by payments data. By combining data science techniques with an understanding of payments data, we develop solutions that improve outcomes for people, businesses, and economies. Headquartered in The City of London and operating globally, we craft bespoke algorithms to help our clients understand the behaviors driving their business.

As part of a team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the A2A RS product portfolio, building automated systems to support monitoring and operation of our services. You will collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and technologists to design systems that ensure our products' efficacy and efficiency.

Role

• Build automated monitoring tools for complex, data science-based microservice deployments to ensure models detect fraud and money laundering effectively, predict accurately, and generate economic insights.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to collect data and train models to improve accuracy and reduce false alerts.
• Work with Engineers to develop resilient, self-healing microservices, promoting good operational practices during research, design, and development.
• Engage with current and future technology stacks, both in the UK and internationally.
• Utilize Incident Management processes, automating workflows and integrating with Mastercard's ticketing systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.

You are passionate about building robust services to solve pressing financial sector problems. You enjoy teamwork, have an interest in data science and deploying advanced algorithms as products, and are eager to adopt new technologies.
