Capgemini seeks an experienced Application Development & Support Manager to lead delivery, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical Deposit Applications hosted on Azure. You will own end-to-end technical delivery, performance, security, and lifecycle management while guiding a portfolio of business-critical applications.

You will manage Agile delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering best practices, ensuring availability and resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Application Development, Delivery, and Support Management.
• Strong background in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSIS.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Knowledge of CRM/Case Management platforms such as Siebel CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with application integration, API-led architectures, and high-volume data processing systems.
• Strong understanding of application security, service management, and operational resilience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, supplier management, leadership, and communication skills.

About the Job you are considering

We are seeking an experienced Application Development & Support Manager to lead the delivery, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical Deposit Applications. This role is accountable for the end-to-end technical delivery, operational performance, security, resilience, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of business-critical applications hosted primarily on Microsoft Azure.

Hybrid working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application delivery and support for business-critical platforms.
