Job Description: Senior SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant

Location: Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom

Job Type: Contract

We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant with extensive expertise in Controlling modules (CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PA) to lead and deliver comprehensive finance transformation projects for global clients.

Requirements:

1. Over 8 years of SAP consulting or in-house implementation experience.
2. Hands-on experience in SAP CO & FI configuration.
3. Proven track record with S/4HANA implementations.
4. Deep understanding of Controlling processes such as Cost Center, Profit Center, and Profitability Analysis.
5. Integration knowledge across SAP modules.
6. Strong business acumen and customer focus.
7. Experience leading teams and workshops with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP CO modules in S/4HANA.
2. Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and present tailored solutions.
3. Build and lead cross-functional teams comprising sales, technical, and consulting professionals.
4. Develop and deliver project plans, commercial offers, and solution proposals.
5. Mentor junior consultants and SMEs.
6. Identify risks in transformation deals and conduct competitive analysis.
7. Stay updated on SAP innovations and promote continuous improvement.

Preferred Background:

1. Experience in Financial Services / Seed Accounting.
2. Experience working in international and virtual teams.
