Job summary

Intec Select is seeking an experienced Application Analyst for a 3–6 month contract in London. The role supports a Windows 11 desktop transformation, focusing on Microsoft Intune and Autopilot within a large device estate.

You will package, test and deploy Windows applications via Intune, manage UAT, and write PowerShell scripts. You’ll work with third‑party suppliers and internal teams to ensure delivery, producing documentation and deployment records. Hybrid working, ASAP start, £450 per day.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Intune application packaging and deployment experience.
• PowerShell scripting.
• Experience configuring Intune application policies, detection rules and dependencies.
• Managing UAT and application testing.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Technical documentation and defect management.
• Microsoft Autopilot deployment profiles with experience configuring and supporting Windows Autopilot deployments, including how device provisioning and profiles integrate with application delivery through Intune.
• Understanding of Entra ID group and how they are used to control application deployments, policies and access within Intune.
• App Protection Policies (MAM) - knowledge of Microsoft Intune security controls, including application protection policies, mobile application management and securing corporate data on managed devices.
• NDES/SCEP certificate deployment - exposure to certificate-based authentication and device certificate deployment within an enterprise environment.
• Experience working on desktop transformation or windows 11 rollout programmes.
• Public sector or local government experience.

Our trusted public sector partner is delivering a large-scale Windows 11 desktop transformation programme and is looking for an experienced Application Analyst to support the rollout of a modern endpoint management environment across a large device estate.

You'll play a key role within the Microsoft Intune and Autopilot workstream, ensuring applications are packaged, tested and deployed to a consistent standard while working closely with technical teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders.
