Job summary

Bellrock is offering an Apple Apprentice Administrator role in Leicester. The position provides administrative and customer support within the Bellrock client service centre, with hands-on experience across the Service Delivery Coordinator function and opportunities to pursue a recognised Business Administration apprenticeship.

You will work in a hybrid setup between the Leicester office and home, with training to develop core admin, communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisational skills to manage workload.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
  • Carrying out data entry and maintaining accurate records across relevant systems.
  • Supporting day-to-day team administration activities.
  • Assisting with invoicing support and processing.
  • Handling inbound calls and directing queries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Making outbound calls to customers and suppliers as directed.
  • Managing emails and service requests within agreed timescales.
  • Updating systems (including Concerto) and tracking actions through to completion.
  • Supporting reporting and document preparation for the team.
  • Maintaining accurate filing and compliance records.
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication support to clients and colleagues.
  • Assisting with process improvements and team projects where required.
  • Work towards and complete a recognised Business Administration apprenticeship qualification.
  • Develop a working knowledge of Concerto and other Bellrock systems used within the client service centre.
  • Build core administrative, communication and customer service skills through structured on‑the‑job training.
  • Gain exposure to the wider Service Delivery Coordinator function, including planned and reactive service delivery, invoicing and reporting.
  • Receive regular one‑to‑ones, progress reviews and feedback from their line manager and apprenticeship provider.
  • Be supported to take on increasing responsibility as skills and confidence develop, with a view to progressing into a full Service Delivery Coordinator role or other suitable position within the business on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Role Overview

Is to provide administrative and customer support assistance within the Bellrock client service centre, gaining hands‑on experience across the Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career to develop foundational business administration skills, build knowledge of Bellrock's systems and processes, and work towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification while contributing to the day‑to‑day running of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Working arrangements
