Placements24 seeks an Analytical Development Chemist for a role based in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will develop and validate analytical methods to ensure API quality, work with HPLC and GC, and prepare validation reports under ICH/good manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Strong background in analytical method development and validation.
• Experience with APIs analytical characterization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate analytical methods for APIs (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR, KF).
• Write development and validation reports under regulatory guidelines.
• Transfer methods to QC and provide training.
• Characterize impurities and materials; ensure instrument calibration.
• Collaborate with process development and regulatory affairs.
