A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an additional Building Surveyor within their busy Cardiff office.
Role Features:
- Office based in the City Centre
- Fantastic APC training and support
- Part of a Building Surveying/Project Management team of 35 people (across Cardiff and Bristol offices)
- Dealing with a full range of instructions on a variety of commercial properties (very little public sector work)
- Working with 'Grade-A' clients
- Social and people-focused organisation

Candidate Requirements:
- Suitable building surveying or construction degree (or equivalent)
- At least 12 months of building surveying experience working for a consultancy or client-side
- Motivated to progress their career and become MRICS
