Job summary

Persimmon Homes in Glasgow is seeking an Apartment Remediation Project Manager to lead complex cladding remediation projects across Scotland. You will drive delivery safely, on time and within budget, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors while ensuring compliance with Building Safety legislation.

Reporting to the Group Special Projects Director, you will build strong relationships with freeholders and residents and provide clear communication through progress

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex construction, façade, cladding or remediation projects in a senior PM role.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, programmes and procurement.
• In-depth knowledge of Building Safety legislation and CDM Regulations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders.
• Degree (or HNC/HND) in Construction, Building or PM is desirable; APM/PRINCE2/PMP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex cladding remediation projects against programme, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement and commercial performance.
• Provide leadership to project teams, consultants and contractors and drive collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with Building Safety legislation, CDM Regulations and health and safety standards.
• Oversee risks, change control, technical reviews and governance with mitigation strategies.
• Build relationships with freeholders, residents and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Monitor performance with regular reporting, site visits and progress meetings.
• Produce accurate updates and reports for senior leadership.
