Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex cladding or remediation projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget and procurement experience.
• Knowledge of Building Safety legislation and CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cladding remediation projects on time and budget.
• Provide leadership to project teams and contractors with clear communication.
• Monitor safety, governance and quality, reporting to senior leaders.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with freeholders and residents.
• Produce regular project updates and performance reports.
