Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy apartments and communal areas to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure security of apartments and residents' privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service to residents and guests.
