Qualifications

• Deep understanding of union power, worker mobilisation and long-term movement-building.
• Ability to design organising strategies and analyse power structures.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and adapting to unpredictable situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional organising projects aligned with ITF strategies.
• Mentor and guide Regional Organisers.
• Support affiliates in strategy development and campaign planning.
• Coordinate regional organising workplans.
• Engage with companies and regulators to support campaign goals.
• Design and deliver training for union leaders.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on progress.
• Support cross-border organising activities.
