Job summary

MTrec Limited is representing an industry leading client in search of an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The role will become permanent after 12 successful weeks and involves processing supplier invoices, posting customer invoices, handling payments and maintaining accurate ledgers to support smooth month‑end reporting.

You will collaborate with sales, customer service and operations to optimise working capital, resolve invoice

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong understanding of purchase and sales ledgers and reconciliations
• Experience with payment runs, bank reconciliations and month-end processes

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and post payments
• Post and allocate customer receipts and resolve invoice queries
• Maintain supplier and customer master data and ensure ledger accuracy
• Assist with month-end close and financial controls
