Job summary

MTrec Limited is recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk for a full-time, on-site role in Bedale. You will process supplier invoices, manage SAP-based workflows, and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance within the accounting team.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, and a proactive approach to supporting the accounts payable function. Immediate starts are available in a forward-thinking manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts payable or similar is essential.
• Experience with SAP systems preferred.
• Expert-level Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness according to accounting guidelines.
• Provide high level internal and external service support.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

• MTrec Technical are representing our well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing client in their search for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. Your role will act as critical support to the accounts and payroll department, processing supplier invoices and administering the SAP system.

The Job you will do

• Responsible for document processing to ensure internal and external completeness, internal & external accuracy, and conformance with accounting guidelines and legislation on all routine tasks/financial systems.
• Provide a high level of service support internally and externally.
• Support with all internal and external audits.
• Support the Accounts Payable Manager with additional ad-hoc duties

About you

• Previous experience within an Accounts payable role or similar is essential
• Ideally, you will have experience with SAP systems
• You will be an expert user of Excel
• Detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• A team player and happy collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
