Cushman & Wakefield in Birmingham is seeking an AP/AR Junior Analyst to support the portfolio management team with day-to-day property management tasks. You will assist with rent and service charge processes, liaise with tenants and internal accounts, and help maintain accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in finance or property management, GCSEs including Maths/English, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
