About the Team
The 55-strong Accounting, Advisory and Compliance team is based in Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Leeds. We serve large international groups, financial services firms, charities, academies, private businesses, and investment companies. Our team supports clients in compliance, year-end audits, and global coordination, aiming to become trusted business advisers.

About the Role
As a graduate trainee on a three-year contract, you will:

• Prepare statutory financial statements for UK and international clients;
• Act as the main contact for your client portfolio, providing advice on compliance and financial reporting;
• Work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work, office visits, client sites, and study time.

Yearly progression includes:

• Year 1: Learning accounting software, understanding financial statements, supporting clients;
• Year 2: Managing your own client portfolio, handling more complex reports, applying accounting standards;
• Year 3: Leading junior team members, reviewing their work, supporting their training.

• On track or holding an undergraduate degree with strong academic results;
• Curious, critical thinker, committed to self-development;
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to high standards;
• Enjoys engaging with diverse people, respects others, and maintains professionalism;

• Excellent time management and willing to travel.
