Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Specialist. You will analyze data related to payment fraud and chargebacks, creating and maintaining security rules to prevent fraud. You will collaborate with customer support to address patterns of concern, manage chargebacks, and communicate with law enforcement and banks. As this is a new department, initial responsibilities will be high to minimize fraud and false positives while avoiding churn.
