Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Specialist. You will analyze data against payment fraud and chargebacks, creating, altering, and maintaining security rules and processes to prevent fraud and chargebacks on Swapped.com. You will work proactively with our customer support team based on observed patterns, and respond to chargebacks, communicating with law enforcement and banks as needed. This is a new department, so initial responsibilities will be high to minimize fraud and chargebacks while avoiding false positives and churn.

Compensation

€40-50K yearly
